Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Prisha Fashion and Beauty, we take great pride in the quality of our products and services. Each item is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our strict Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy below.


1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • To cancel an order, please email prishafashionandbeauty@gmail.com or call 092200 34400‬ with your order details.
  • Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

2. Product Condition Policy

  • All items are thoroughly quality-checked before dispatch.
  • Minor fabric variations, colour differences, or stitching irregularities due to lighting, texture, or batch dyeing are not considered defects.
  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
    • A wrong product was sent, or
    • A major defect is verified through video proof shared within 24 hours of delivery.
  • No returns are accepted for products marked as Sale, Custom-Tailored, or Without Dupatta (due to limited inventory and customization nature).

3. Defect Verification Process

  • The customer must share a clear video showing the issue within 24 hours of delivery. Images alone are not sufficient.
  • Our internal quality team reviews each case carefully before approving any replacement or compensation.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only under the following verified conditions:

  • The order was cancelled before dispatch.
  • The product was damaged, defective, or incorrect and verified through the video proof process.
  • The parcel was lost in transit and not delivered within the expected time frame.

Important Notes:

  • Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the product has been delivered.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer after verification.

5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that are used, washed, worn, or altered after delivery.
  • Products purchased under Sale, Clearance, or Final Offer.
  • Customized or tailor-made products, including stitching or size adjustments.

6. Return Process

  • Approved returns must be shipped back in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Customers may be required to send the product to our return address. In select cases, a reverse pickup may be arranged.
  • After quality inspection, refunds or exchanges are processed as per eligibility.
