Login to My Account and go to the My Orders.
Find your order, then click ‘Track Order’ to get the latest information on your order status.
You’ll be able to get complete tracking information.
Simply request a cancel online from My Account. All you need to do is:
Log in to My Account
Go to My Orders
Find your order and select the item(s) that you wish to Cancel
Follow the cancel instructions, select Cancel option and you’re done!
How do I use a promotional code?
When you Cart you can apply your promotion Coupon.
To use a promotion code, simply:
Type the code in to the promotional box that is shown just below the Cart items and click “Apply”.
When your Coupon is accepted, you can select to checkout. You can choose to make the payment with your debit or credit card.
To Change your password follow the steps:
Login into “My Account”
Go to “Change Password” tab in My Account
Select ‘Change Password’ and complete the form.
Keep in mind that your new password should satisfy following conditions:

Include at least one lower case letter
Include at least one upper case letter
